Mutton 1/2 kg (in pieces)
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion 4 (thickly chopped)
Ginger (chopped) 2tbs
Garlic (chopped) 1 1/2 tbs
Whole spices
Black cardamom 2
White cardamom 4
Cinnamon 1″ stick
Cloves 4
Black pepper 10-15
Whole red chilli 10
Tez pat 1
All spices 1/2 tsp

Method:

Take a pan put the meat along with onion, ginger, garlic, salt, whole spices and oil with enough water so that meat gets tender. Cook on medium fire.When water dries and meat gets tender.

Fry well until oil floats on top.Lastly sprinkle grounded chili powder.

Serve with home made chapatis.
