Chicken Cafreal Ingredients:

Chicken boneless 1/4 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Juice of lemon
Green Chilies 2
Pepper corns 4
Garlic 4 cloves
Ginger 1 1/4 inch
Chili powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp (ground)
Coriander 1/2 fresh (finely chopped)

Chicken Cafreal Method:

Cut the chicken into small pieces. Apply salt and lemon juice and keep aside.

Grind the chilies, pepper, garlic and ginger with vinegar. Pour this mixture over the chicken pieces.

Add the coriander and chill powder. Blend cornflour with water and pour over the chicken. Allow it to marinate for an hour. Then deep fry in oil and prick a decorative tooth pick or small stick in every piece and serve.
