Rice 1 Cup
Milk 8 Cups
Oil 1 Tps
Sugar 1 Cup
Small Cardamom 3
Kevra (According to Your Taste)
Water 2 to 3 Cups
METHOD TO PREPARED KHEER:
Boil the Rice in the Water or You Can Grind the Rice It Make in the Shape of Flour but Not Exactly the Flour, as Your Wish.
Heat the Oil in the Cooking Dish and Add Small Cardamom and Fry It Little Bit.
Now Add Milk in It and Then the Boiled Rice or Grind Rice and Let Them on Low Heat to Boil.
Cut the The Almonds and Pistachio in the Small Pieces.
Now Add Almonds, Pistachio and Sugar in It and Mixed Them.
Cook Them on Low Heat So That the Rice Get Boiled Nicely and Perfectly,
If You Re Making Kheer with Boiled Rice Then Let It Cook on Low Heat Until the Rice Observed the Milk Completely.
If You Are Making Kheer with Grind Rice Then Let It Cook on Low Heat Until It Get Thick.
