Chicken 1/2 of 1 1/2 kg
Tomato ketchup 1/2 cup
Milk and stock 1 cup
Cream 2 ozs
Few sprigs of parsley or coriander leaves
Green chillies (few chopped)
Onion 1 large
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Worcester sauce 2 dessert spoons
Cornflour 2 dessert spoons
Mushrooms 4 ozs
Hard boiled eggs 2
Capsicum 1 (chopped)

Chicken strongn off Method:

Cut the raw chicken into pieces.Make boneless pieces.Heat butter over low heat and brown.saute the chopped onions,and the mushrooms.Add green chilies chopped capsicums,tomato and Worcester sauce,milk and stock.Stirring continuously on low heat.Remove from fire and lastly swirl in cream.When serving just reheat do not boil.Serve with boiled rice and fresh salad.

Chicken breast 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mustard powder 1/8 tsp
White pepper powder 1/8 tsp
Minamoto 1/8 tsp
2 pieces of cheese 2″ or slice of smoked meat

Slit the breast of chicken into half.Beat the breast well with chopper.Marinate the breast with the above ingredients.Place the smoked meat or cheese pieces between the breasts and season it well.Press the edges firmly.Then fry it and take it out.Serve with decoratively cut vegetables.

Chicken mince 1 pao
Egg 1
Flour 1/2 cup

Bread crumbs 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Green chilli 1 (finely chopped)
Spring onions 2 tbs (finely chopped)
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Use 1/2 egg in marinate and the other 1/2 in dipping the nuggets

Chicken Nuggets Method:

Marinate the mince chicken with all the above ingredients expert flour and bread crumbs.Keep for 1/2 an hour.Then make small size of squares,roll in flour,dip in egg,again roll in bread crumbs.Level the edges and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.Serve as shown in the picture.
