1 1/2 lb lean stewing beef
3 tbs oil or butter
1 pint water
6 oz canned tomato paste
3 tbs vinegar
salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
2″ 2 sticks cinnamon
2 lb white small onions


Cube the meat and brown on all sides in hot oil or butter.Combine the water,tomato paste,vinegar,salt and pepper.Heat to boiling point and pour over the meat,add the cinnamon.

Cover and simmer until meat is tender.When it is half done,add onions.Cook until onions are a bit soft and a little gravy remains.Serve with bread slices or home made rotas.

Chicken breasts 2
Chicken mince 1 pao
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 1 tsp
Egg 1/2
Green chilli 1( finely chopped)
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Onion 1 tbs (finely chopped)
Worcester sauce 1 tbs
Red chilli pd 1/4 tsp
Gelatine powder 1 tbs

Stuff Chicken Breast Method:

Marinate the chicken mince with salt,pepper,egg,green chili,oregano,onion, and red chili. Keep for 1/2 an hour.Slit the chicken breast length wise and marinate with salt,pepper,Worcester sauce. Open the breasts full and put the minced chicken in it in an oval shape on all sides and sprinkle gelatin powder.Roll the breasts lightly and then re-roll in sliver foil paper twice or thrice and seal the edges tightly. Now take water in a pan and put these breasts in the water.It should be fully dipped. Cook it and cut along with the foil paper and decorate with fresh salad.

How to Make Chicken Chop Tanduri

Chicken Chop Tanduri Ingredients:

Chicken breasts 2

Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp

Cumin seed 1 1/2 tsp

Salt 1 tsp

Lime juice 1/2

Curd 1 tbs

Red color (a bit)

Ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp (each)

Garam masala 1 tsp

Chilli powder 1 tsp

Vinegar 1 tbs

Onion 1 small (grind to a paste)

Melted ghee or oil 2 tbs

Chicken Chop Tanduri For Stuffing:

Chicken mince 3 tbs

Salt,pepper 1/2 tsp

Egg 1/2

Green chillies 1/2 tsp

Chilli pd 1/2

Tomato and cucumber slices(for garnishing)

Chicken Chop Tanduri Method:

Marinate the mince chicken with salt, pepper, egg, green chilies, chili pd and keep aside.Slit the chicken breasts from the sides and stuff the mince chicken.Prepare the marinade with all the above ingredients.Dip the stuffed chicken breasts in the prepared marinade, apply properly all over it and keep them in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.Bake in a moderate oven over a greased tray for 40 minutes.When done apply a little oil on it.Serve with salad and nan.
