Mutton 1/2 kg (in pieces)
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1/2 cup
Onion 4 (thickly chopped)
Ginger (chopped) 2tbs
Garlic (chopped) 1 1/2 tbs
Whole spices
Black cardamom 2
White cardamom 4
Cinnamon 1″ stick
Cloves 4
Black pepper 10-15
Whole red chilli 10
Tez pat 1
All spices 1/2 tsp

Method:

Take a pan put the meat along with onion,ginger,garlic,salt,whole spices and oil with enough water so that meat gets tender.Cook on medium fire.When water dries and meat gets tender.Fry well until oil floats on top.Lastly sprinkle grounded garam masala.

Serve with home made chapatis.

Minced beef 1/2 kg
Butter 1 ozOnion 1 (finely chopped)
Garlic 1 (finely chopped)
Sweet green pepper 1 (coarsely chopped)
Ripe tomatoes 3 (skinned and coarsely chopped)
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
Sugar 2 tbs
Salt 1 1/2 tsp

Method:

Melt the butter in a large pan add the mince and fry over a high heat until brown.Stir in the onions,garlic and green pepper and cook for about 5 minutes.Add tomatoes and seasonings.Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.Serve with small chapaties.

Chicken 1/2 in big pieces
Butter or margarine 3 tbs level
Potatoes 2 (chopped)square
Carrot 2 (chopped) in squares
French beans 1/2 pao
Onions small 7-8
Tomato 1 cut in half
Salt 1 tsp (to taste)

To roll the Chicken:

Flour 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper black 1/2 tsp

Method:

Wash chicken, and roll in the seasoned flour.Take a pan put butter or margarine 3 tbs,heat slightly and put in the chicken pieces and brown them.Now add water 1/2 a sauce pan,cover and cook for 1/2 an hour on medium flame.When chicken is half done put in the chopped begetables,when vegetables are done remove from fire.Serve in a big soup plate with rolls bread and toast.(Gravy should be slightly thicker)
